My partner and I have just bought our first home and we had not realized what a lengthy and confusing process this is. We were introduced to Jen where we first had a formal introduction and then to her assistant, Delphine. She ensured us she would be following our file but had us reach out to Delphine with easier answered questions as she gets involved when there are more issues to solve. Both Jen and her assistant, Delphine were amazing. Delphine was easily reachable by email, answering within 1-2 hours at most during business hours, which worked best for me and my partner because I am a shift worker and he is Mon-Fri 9-5 which co-incides with FDT hours. They were helpful in walking us step by step through what we had to obtain to ensure the deal went through smoothly and was able to suggest who we needed to additionally reach out to. When it came time to sign the FINAL documents, we met with Jen in person. She knew everything about our file inside and out. She missed hardly anything. She was very personable, using real life experiences to explain scenarios, since we were unfamiliar with the house purchasing process. She explained in detail what would occur on closing day, and took her time in making sure we felt comfortable and had no questions regarding the next steps in each process.
